Board of Contract Appeals General Services Administration Washington, D.C. 20405 ____________________________ DISMISSED: January 18, 2005 _____________________________ GSBCA 16548, 16549, 16550 MARITIME EQUIPMENT AND SALES, Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Edward Cunningham, Gadsden, AL, counsel for Appellant. Judith A. Bonner, Office of Regional Counsel, General Services Administration, Philadelphia, PA, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). ORDER Maritime Equipment and Sales (Maritime) bid on three boats offered at auction by the General Services Administration. After being informed that it was the high bidder on all three boats, Maritime filed appeals of contracting officer's decisions. In two of the appeals (GSBCA 16548 and 16549), Maritime contended that the boats were misdescribed and that the contracts of sale should be rescinded. In the third appeal (GSBCA 16550), Maritime sought more time in which to make payment. Shortly after the appeals were filed, the parties settled them. The parties have now filed a stipulation of dismissal, stating that the parties have agreed that the appeals should be dismissed. As agreed by the parties, the appeals are DISMISSED. _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
