                             ORDER

     Montage, Inc., filed an appeal of a decision by a Department of State contracting
officer on a claim for an equitable adjustment to the price of a contract involving
construction of a security upgrade project at the United States Embassy located in
Georgetown, Guyana. 

     The parties have reached a settlement.  An executed modification has been issued
reflecting that agreement.  Montage, Inc., has requested that the case be dismissed with
prejudice.
     Accordingly, the appeal is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
