                              ORDER

     On September 27, 2004, Richard T. Fosco filed a notice of appeal in connection with
a dispute under contract number GS06F04FBE4633, sale 61FBPI-04-052, lot 306, for used
medical supplies.  On April 25, 2005, appellant filed a letter withdrawing his appeal.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
