                              ORDER

    Appellant appealed a contracting officer's decision assessing liquidated damages in
connection with appellant's failure to pay for and remove a truck he purchased in an auction
sale conducted by the General Services Administration.  On March 7, 2005, the parties filed with the Board a settlement agreement along with a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal.  The
parties have settled this appeal and now request that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.
Accordingly, their request is granted.  This appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
