(Granco) appealed the final decisions of a General Services Administration contracting officer terminating for default Granco's right to proceed on various purchase orders issued under contract numbers GS-06F-6GRCO, GS-06F-6GNCO, GS-06F-P0012, GS-06F-B1476, GS-06F- B9193, and GS-06F-P0046. On October 31, 2005, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss these appeals with prejudice, stating that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement that fully resolves the matters at issue.
