(Mitchell) filed this appeal concerning its daily extended overhead rate on a contract for the construction of a United States Courthouse in Laredo, Texas. The General Services Administration, respondent, filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that the case was prematurely filed. The Board convened a telephonic conference to discuss the motion. At the conference, Mitchell agreed to withdraw the appeal. Shortly thereafter, it withdrew the appeal.
