                              ORDER

     On June 8, 2004, Elaine's Cleaning Service filed a notice of appeal in connection with
a dispute under contract number GS05P02GAC0025, for jantorial and related services at the
Minton-Capehart Federal Building in Indianapolis, Indiana.  On September 26, 2005,
Elaine's Cleaning Service filed a letter stating the parties settled this appeal and requesting
the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
