ORDER Xerox Corporation appealed from a deemed denial of its claim for payment in the amount of $2748 on invoices for leases of copiers. The claim had been submitted to a General Services Administration contracting officer in Kansas City, Missouri. After the filing of a complaint and answer, Xerox submitted a motion to dismiss the appeal. The motion states, "Based upon information in the Rule 104 File and the Answer, and after further review of the invoices, the amount that remains in controversy is insufficient to warrant further litigation."
