ORDER Xerox Corporation appealed from a deemed denial of its claim for payment in the amount of $862.84 on an invoice for the lease of a copier. The claim had been submitted to a General Services Administration contracting officer in Chicago, Illinois. Xerox has now filed a motion to dismiss the appeal with prejudice. The motion states that the parties have reached a settlement and that the settlement has been executed. The motion is granted.
