ORDER On May 11, 2004, appellant, Montage, Inc., appealed the final decision of a Department of State contracting officer denying appellant's request for equitable adjustment for physical and security upgrades at the United States Embassy in Libreville, Gabon. On June 15, 2004, appellant informed the Board that the parties had reached a settlement, and on December 3, 2004, appellant informed the Board that the remaining monies due appellant under the settlement had been paid. Appellant requested that the Board dismiss this appeal with prejudice and without costs. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
