ORDER These consolidated appeals arise from appellant's contract with respondent, the General Services Administration, for work to be performed at the Sidney R. Yates Building in Washington, D.C. The appeals involve appellant's request for equitable adjustment and respondent's subsequent termination of the contract for alleged default. On October 26, 2004, an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceeding was held with a Board Judge serving as Board neutral. During the ADR proceeding, the parties reached a settlement. On November 22, 2004, the Board received appellant's motion to dismiss the appeals. Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 128(a). __________________________________ ALLAN H.
