                              ORDER

     Montage, Inc. appealed a decision of a Department of State contracting officer which
denied in significant part claims submitted by the contractor with regard to renovation of the
United States Embassy in Rome, Italy.

     The parties have settled the case and have jointly moved the Board to dismiss it.

     The motion is granted.  The case is DISMISSED.
