ORDER Appellant, Toolworks, filed this appeal on March 22, 2004, in connection with a dispute under contract number GS-09P-97-KSC-0039, for janitorial and related services at the Phillip Burton Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in San Francisco, California. The parties elected to proceed pursuant to Board Rule 204, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and mediation was conducted by the panel chair acting as a Board Neutral. The mediation resulted in a settlement, and on June 2, 2005, the parties filed a request to dismiss the appeal with prejudice, along with an executed settlement agreement.
