                              ORDER

     On March 10, 2004, Grunley Construction Company (Grunley) appealed the final
decision of a National Archives and Records Administration contracting officer denying
Grunley's claim for additional compensation under contract number NAMA-00-SEM-0012
for renovation of the National Archives and Records Administration Building in Washington,
D.C.

     On April 12, 2004, Grunley filed a motion to withdraw the appeal without prejudice. 
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(b).
