                              ORDER

     On December 9, 2003, Air Masters Corporation filed a notice of appeal in connection
with a dispute under contract number GS-06P-97-GXC-0106, for mechanical maintenance
at the Federal Center in St. Louis, Missouri.  On October 5, 2004, Air Masters Corporation
filed a request for dismissal stating that the parties have settled their dispute.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
