                              ORDER

     On October 31, 2003, ORIX O'Hare II, Inc., filed a notice of appeal in connection
with a dispute under lease number GS-05B-17074, for office space in Rosemont, Illinois. 
On January 27, 2005, the parties filed a stipulation for dismissal with prejudice stating the
parties have settled their dispute.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
