                              ORDER

    On September 29, 2003, appellant, Federal Dispute Resolution Center, filed a notice
of appeal from a contracting officer's decision denying appellant's claim in the amount of
$6400 under a contract to investigate equal employment opportunity complaints.  On
March 16, 2004, appellant filed a request for dismissal stating that the parties have reached
a settlement.  Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
