                              ORDER
    On September 2, 2003, appellant, GovConnection, Inc., filed a notice of appeal from
a contracting officer's decision denying a claim for an equitable adjustment under a task order
issued for the provision of certain information technology support services.  The parties have
now settled this dispute.  On June 25, 2004, they filed a joint stipulation requesting that the
appeal be dismissed with prejudice.  Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH
