                              ORDER

     Appellant, Cheryl E. Rose, Court Appointed Trustee for MultiConsultant Associates,
Inc., filed this appeal on August 26, 2003, in connection with a dispute under contract
number C005-000, to provide conference design/coordination for The White House
Community Empowerment Board Contracting and Procurement Opportunity Fair.  On
March 9, 2004, the parties filed a joint request to dismiss the appeal with prejudice stating
the matter has been amicably resolved.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128.
