                              ORDER

     These appeals involve a dispute between AMEC Construction Management, Inc. and
the General Services Administration (GSA) arising from work under contract no. GS-11P-
96MKC0015.  On September 15, 2003, the Board received a request from appellant to
withdraw its appeals in GSBCA 16227 and 16234.  Respondent does not object to the
withdrawal of these appeals.  Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED.  Rule 128(a).
