                              ORDER

     Appellant, Systems Research and Applications Corporation, filed this appeal on
July 21, 2003, in connection with a dispute under contract number TIRNO-00-D-00020.  The
parties filed cross-motions for summary relief.  An alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
proceeding was held on May 19, 2004, by a Board Judge serving as Board neutral pursuant
to Board Rule 204.  48 CFR 6102.4 (2003).  On September 24, 2004, the parties filed a joint
request to dismiss the appeal with prejudice, stating that they had reached a settlement of all
outstanding claims.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
