                              ORDER

     These appeals involve a dispute between AMEC Construction Management, Inc. and
the General Services Administration (GSA) arising from work under contract no. GS-11P-
96MKC0015.  On October 12, 2004, the Board received from appellant verification that the
appeals have been settled and a request that they be dismissed.  Accordingly, GSBCA
16200, 16201, 16202, and 16203 are DISMISSED.  Rule 128(a).
