                              ORDER

     On July 1, 2003, Matsushita Electric Corporation of America appealed a General
Services Administration contracting officer's final decision concerning the calculation and
payment of the Industrial Funding Fee under contract number GS-03F-4082B.  On
October 26, 2005, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal with prejudice, stating
that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement that fully resolves the matters at
issue.

     Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128.
