                              ORDER

     This case concerns a dispute over the termination of a contract calling for the
construction of a special purpose truck for use by the United States Government.  On this
date, representatives of the parties filed a joint motion advising the Board that they have
settled their dispute and asking that we now dismiss this case with prejudice.  

     In accordance with this request, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
