                              ORDER

     This appeal involves a dispute between AMEC Construction Management, Inc., and
the General Services Administration (GSA) arising from  work under contract no. GS-11P-
96MKC0015.  On July 22, 2003, the Board received a request from appellant to withdraw
its appeal in GSBCA 16167.  Respondent does not object to the withdrawal of this appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED.  Rule 128(a).
