                              ORDER

     These appeals involve a dispute between AMEC Construction Management, Inc. and
the General Services Administration (GSA) arising from  work under contract no. GS-11P-
96MKC0015.  On November 10, 2003, the Board received a request from appellant to
withdraw the appeals in GSBCA 16152 and 16164.  Respondent does not object to their
dismissal.  Accordingly, the appeals in GSBCA 16152 and 16164 are DISMISSED.  Rule
128(a).
