                              ORDER
     
     This appeal involved a claim arising under lease number GS-10B-06226.  On October
7, 2003, the parties advised the Board that a settlement has been reached.  Respondent
requests that the appeal be dismissed.  Pursuant to respondent's request, and without
objection by appellant, the appeal is DISMISSED.  Rule 128(a) (48CFR 6101.28(a) (2002).
