                              ORDER

    This case involves a dispute regarding the sale and disposal of a water tank formerly
owned by the United States Government.  

    On April 23, 2003, the Board received a joint motion to dismiss this case with prejudice
since the dispute between the parties has now been settled.  




    Accordingly, the motion is granted.  This case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
