                              ORDER

    This appeal involves a dispute between Ali Katirai and the General Services
Administration (GSA) arising out of appellant's purchase of a 1991 Chevrolet van pursuant
to an online GSA auction sale conducted on January 29, 2003.  On April 30, 2003, the Board
received a settlement agreement, signed by both parties, resolving the subject dispute.  The
parties have requested that the Board dismiss this matter with prejudice.  Accordingly, this
appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
