ORDER Appellant, All Seas Production, Inc., filed this appeal on April 8, 2003, from a General Services Administration contracting officer's final decision denying its claim for additional costs arising from the performance of its contract to purchase and remove sea sheds at the Port of Houston. Pursuant to the parties' agreement, a Board Judge serving as mediator conducted an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceeding which resulted in a settlement of the appeal. On November 25, 2003, the parties submitted a motion to dismiss the appeal with prejudice. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
