ORDER On June 6, 2003, appellant, Silver Spring Metro Center Limited Partnership, appealed the final decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer denying appellant's claim relating to the disconnection, disassembly, and reinstallation of Government-owned electrified modular workstations under lease numbers GS-11B-90153, -30083, and -20700. The parties submitted the case to alternative dispute resolution with mediation conducted by a General Services Board of Contract Appeals judge. On August 27, 2004, the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal stating that the parties have executed a settlement agreement and stipulating that this appeal be dismissed with prejudice, each party to pay its own costs and attorney fees.
