                              ORDER

     Appellant, 6000 Metro LLC (Metro), filed these appeals in connection with a contract
with the General Services Administration.  In the appeals, Metro sought reimbursement of
costs incurred for construction work performed at the Food and Drug Administration,
Baltimore District Headquarters, in Baltimore, Maryland.  On July 1, 2003, appellant filed
a motion to dismiss the appeals with prejudice as all disputes had been settled.  Respondent
had no objections.  Accordingly, the appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
