                              ORDER

    This case concerns a dispute regarding the payment of professional fees said to be due
under a contract between appellant, Gillan & Hartmann, Inc., and the General Services
Administration.  By letter dated August 4, 2003, counsel for respondent advised the Board
that the case had been settled.  Counsel for appellant has subsequently advised the Board that
payment has been received and that the case may now be dismissed. 

    Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
