                              ORDER

     On February 6, 2003, Ceiling Fans, Inc. filed its appeal with the Board in connection
with a contract with the General Services Administration for lighting services.  On February
25 the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal with prejudice.  Accordingly, the
appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Board Rule 128.
