                              ORDER

     On January 8, 2003, appellant, Patriot Group Contractors, Inc., appealed a General
Services Administration contracting officer's deemed denial of its claim under contract
number GS-11P99MAC0006 for repair and renovation of elevators at the National Archives
Building in Washington, D.C.  On May 21, 2003, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss
this appeal without prejudice for 180 days during which time appellant intends to revise and
resubmit its claim, properly certified under the Contract Disputes Act, to the contracting
officer for a final decision.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  This dismissal
shall convert to one with prejudice 180 calendar days from the date of this order.
