                              ORDER

     On December 30, 2002, Fulton, Inc., filed a notice of appeal in connection with a
dispute under contract number GS-04P-98-CXD-0045, a contract for construction services
for partitioning and miscellaneous repairs and alterations at federal facilities throughout
portions of Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee.  On April 1, 2003, the parties filed a
settlement agreement.  On April 8, 2003, Fulton filed a request for dismissal stating it had
been paid.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
