ORDER On December 19, 2002, appellant, Charles Lawrence, appealed the final decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer terminating for default his contract under sale number 71FMP1-02-470 and assessing liquidated damages. In accordance with representations made in a telephonic conference on June 9, 2003, the contracting officer canceled the termination for default and withdrew the assessment of liquidated damages on June 10, 2003, and respondent filed a motion to dismiss the appeal with prejudice.
