                              ORDER

    These appeals were brought in connection with disputes arising under contract number
GS-07P-99-UHC-0018, for the construction of dormitory, physical training, and security
buildings at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center campus in Artesia, New Mexico. On May 18, 2004, the Board received a motion to dismiss with prejudice signed by both
parties.  The parties state that the matter has been fully settled and request a dismissal with
prejudice.  

    Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
