                              ORDER

     On December 11, 2002, appellant, Cooper Construction, Inc., appealed the final
decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer denying appellant's claim
under contract number GS06P01GYC0005 for hot water system improvements at the Federal
Building/United States Courthouse in Sioux City, Iowa.  On February 11, 2005, respondent
filed a motion to dismiss this appeal stating that all issues concerning this appeal have been
settled.  Appellant has no objection.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
