(Metric), appealed the final decisions of a General Services Administration contracting officer denying Metric's claims under contract number GS-07P-01-UHC-0002 for construction of two fully baffled outdoor firearm ranges at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, New Mexico. On May 18, 2004, the parties filed a motion to dismiss these appeals with prejudice, stating that all claims between the parties have been fully compromised and satisfied and requesting that the appeals be dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs.
