These consolidated appeals arose under a contract for the tenant build-out and lease of approximately 130,000 square feet of space in the John A. Wilson Building in Washington, D.C. Appellant, Washington Development Group-JWB, LLC, and respondent, the General Services Administration (GSA), both asserted monetary claims for alleged damages resulting from delays which each attributed to actions or omissions of the other party. In July 2003, the parties informed the Board that they had settled these claims. On September 10, 2003, they filed a joint motion requesting dismissal of the pending appeals.
