                              ORDER

    On November 18, 2002, appellant, Joseph Strech, filed a notice of appeal from a
contracting officer's decision terminating for default his contract for the purchase of a used
vehicle from the General Services Administration and assessing liquidated damages in the
amount of $900.  Respondent, by letter dated February 6, 2004, has informed the Board that
terms of the parties' settlement have been fulfilled and the appeal may be dismissed.
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
