                              ORDER

     On October 28, 2002, appellant, Southeastern Facility Management, Inc., filed this
appeal from a contracting officer's final decision.  Appellant entered into contract GS-04P-
95-EWC-0165 to perform commercial facilities management at the Sam Nunn Federal Center
in Atlanta, Georgia.  Appellant sought an equitable adjustment to the contract price through
four separate claims.

     On July 10, 2003, the Board held an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) session with
the parties.  On August 26, 2003, the parties filed a joint motion for dismissal of the appeal.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
