WILLIAMS, Board Judge.

                              ORDER

     On October 17, 2003, appellant, Unisys Corporation (Unisys), appealed a General
Services Administration (GSA) contracting officer's decision under Unisys' GSA Authorized
Federal Supply Service Information Technology Schedule Price List, contract number
GS-35F-0343J, relating to a purchase order issued by the Department of Labor (DOL) for
a three-year lease of Unisys and third-party equipment.  On March 3, 2003, Unisys notified
the Board that it has entered into a settlement agreement with GSA and DOL and requested
that this appeal be dismissed with prejudice.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
