    This case involves a dispute regarding the Government's claim for liquidated damages 
on a contract subsequently terminated for default.  Counsel for respondent has provided the
Board with an executed copy of a settlement agreement according to the terms of which
appellant has agreed to the dismissal of this case with prejudice.  On behalf of the parties,
therefore, counsel for respondent now asks that the case be dismissed.  

    Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
