                             ORDER

     Appellant, P.I.O. GmbH Bau und Ingenieurplanung, filed an appeal involving a
contract it had with the Government for the renovation of a medium-wave broadcast facility
located in Munich, Germany.




     The parties have settled the case.  Appellant has filed a Motion for Voluntary
Dismissal of Appeal. 

     Accordingly, the appeal is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
