PARKER, Board Judge.

     On August 16, 2002, appellant filed this appeal regarding the alleged failure of the
Department of State to pay certain invoices submitted under a contract between appellant and
that agency.  On January 15, 2003, the appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal with
prejudice.  Respondent has no objections.  Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
