                              ORDER

     The Board docketed this appeal from a contracting officer's final decision.  Appellant
sought reimbursement for merchandise purchased at a United States Customs Service auction
held in Edison, New Jersey. 

     On December 16, 2002, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal as all disputes
had been settled.  Respondent had no objections.  Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED.
