                              ORDER
     
     On June 20, 2002, SMAC Data Systems filed a notice of appeal in connection with
a dispute under contract number TIRNO-98-R-00003, for the purchase of workstations,
notebook computers, servers, printers, networking products, peripherals, software and related
services by the Internal Revenue Service.  On July 3, 2002, appellant filed a motion to
withdraw its appeal.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
