ORDER Appellant, Able Products Company, appealed the final decisions of a Department of the Treasury contracting officer denying appellant's claims under contract number TFTC-98-4 for renovation of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning and lighting in classroom building 210 at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia. On October 9, 2003, the parties filed a joint motion, stating that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement and requesting that the Board dismiss these appeals with prejudice.
